These are the largest I could find at a reasonable cost, which is what I wanted. They are true to size and color match close enough to my smart switches (Treatlife, which I highly recommend). The slightest shade difference is not noticeable.

Pro tip: tighten the back plate down before tightening the switch screws so you can make slight adjustments - and frankly its easier to install that way.
