As far as comfort this is a great neck and head support and there are a lot of suction cups on the back of this thing to give a lot of support. I have used 3 times and it doesn’t move and it very comfortable. Another plus is it didn’t small all chemical when i first took it out like some in the past have but actually smelled fresh and clean like soap.
