I thought I had found a good one before, but the memory foam became moldy after a while, no matter how I tried to dry it. I was going to get the same, when my mom got me this one. I''m not usually one to gush on reviews, I tend to be more pragmatic, but this pillow was the best and made my "good" pillow seem sub-par.
The flexible joint allows for a placement that molds to your bath tub shape as well as your body.
It did not slip once during a bath and my neck was kept well positioned and un-kinked. It is the most comfortable bath pillow I''ve had. Others have been great for my back, but leave my head lolling or leaning on the tile. I could lean at the height I wanted and have full support.
I was skeptical at first about it being machine washable, but it did so well. One old water and regular cycle later, it was fresh and also nearly dry from the spin. The suction cups are well attached and didn''t loosen at all. Neither did the hook.
The hook is sturdy and sewn securely in an unobtrusive location for bathing, but also where, when hung, the pillow angles down to a corner. This helps any remaining water gather at much point and run out rather than sit at a flat bottom, not dripping through.

It is also easy to remove, but it stays in place. It has a nice size to it, good for laying back with some rest for the neck and shoulders, but also good to sit back on in your tub if you prefer it that way. It is really comfortable, a nice relatively large size and it doesn’t retain so much water in it too. There is a little plastic hook on the side of it so you can hang it for storage as necessary, but I just leave it stuck to my tub and it stays up! I am really impressed with this device.
