Originally, I received my burner and it had been used and damaged...I am frustrated with Amazon and the return service in rural areas, but I contacted TRUArt directly and I must say that the customer service provided directly by them has been out of this world amazing. I now have a new kit on the way.

I did play around with the damaged/used item, and even though the base unit was very touchy, I did manage to do a few things. I included photos. I can''t wait to get the replacement, and will update and post more photos soon (I hope).
