I would recommend purchasing the furniture covers which you can buy as an option for about $90 or so for winter months. In case of CA, FL and other sunny states for general use to prevent UV damage.

We have had them for over two years and they have continued to hold up great. I am very surprised because I did not think they would still be usable for the following summer but we even use them now in winter around the fire pit. Everyone sort of glances because they are are a bit smaller (think shorter) and initially I had planned to add risers on the feet but we have just been using it as it since it’s not a big deal. So many people have given us great compliments on the set and then are even more surprised to find that it came with cushions, pillows and the table for that price. I have this saved because if they ever get ruined I plan to buy the same ones again.
